Email vouchers are free of charge and dispatched immediately after purchase or may be scheduled for a future date, up to 40 days in advance. This can be sent to either the purchaser or the recipient.

Collection

- Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for our team to prepare your order
- Please bring gift voucher confirmation number when collecting from the hotel

Gift vouchers ordered before 12 noon will be issued and dispatched on the same (working) day. Gift vouchers ordered after 12 noon, will be issued and dispatched on the following (working) day.

Working days are Monday to Friday of any week excluding any UK public or bank holidays. If a gift voucher is ordered after 12 noon on a Friday, it will be issued and dispatched on the following Monday.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver in 2-3 days but this is not guaranteed. Please allow seven (7) working days for delivery during peak postal time. Tracking information will be sent to the purchaser’s email address (please note the parcel details will state SK Chase).

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver in 1-2 days but this is not guaranteed. Please allow five (5) working days for delivery during peak postal time. Tracking information will be sent to the purchaser’s email address (please note the parcel details will state SK Chase).

Royal Mail Special Delivery aims to deliver by 1pm the next working day (if ordered before 12 noon). This is a tracked service and requires a signature upon delivery. Tracking information will be sent to the purchaser’s email address (please note the parcel details will state SK Chase).

Royal Mail International Standard aims to deliver in 3-5 working days for Europe and 6-7 working days for the rest of the world. Please allow fifteen (15) working days for delivery during peak postal time. This is not a trackable service.

Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For aims to deliver in 3-5 working days for Europe and 6-7 working days for the rest of the world. Please allow fifteen (15) working days for delivery during peak postal time. This is a tracked service and requires a signature upon delivery.

Please note delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control (peak periods, strikes, adverse weather).

Story Books

Our Families R Forte story books are delivered in a protective board envelope. Please note they are not delivered in the SK Chase gift box.

Story books ordered before 12 noon will be issued and dispatched on the same (working) day; orders received after 12 noon will be issued and dispatched on the next (working) day. Working days are Monday to Friday of any week excluding any public or bank holidays. Books ordered after 12 noon on a Friday will be issued and dispatched on the following Monday.

Books are dispatched via a tracked delivery service. Allow 2-3 days for UK delivery, 5 days for Europe and USA and up to 2 weeks for the rest of the world. If no one is present when a delivery attempt is made a card will be left so arrangements can be made for collection or an alternative delivery time with the local postal service.
